Time for MOTI to smarten up

To the Editor,

While driving into Lillooet yesterday, I noticed the new pavement was not as smooth as the ones done a couple of years ago. I think it's because they are letting the logging trucks on too soon. The pavement hasn't had a chance to fully harden.

But that's just my opinion; I'm sure the ministry has a better excuse. And by the way, what are you going to do about that big crack above our place at 7 Mile on  Highway 12? Just grind it down and pave over it again? Well that won't do! It's just going to sink again, I should know, I ran into clay while digging out our pond a few years ago. Smarten up!
