7:45 a.m. Sunday is too early for a lawn mower

article continues below

I hear a lawn mower running. It is really too bad that the “Me” society is getting more out there. Can there not be any decency for other people anymore? Just one day of quiet time for a few hours would really be nice!

Myself, on Sunday (and having lived in Abbotsford), I try not to start noisy equipment until 10 a.m. It’s called common decency. (Besides, the noise by-law in Abbotsford said there shouldn’t be noise before then).

This rule should be here, also.
