TORONTO - The Canadian Auto Workers union says it reached tentative agreements for Bombardier Aerospace workers in Toronto late Friday night.
Union officials say the deals came just before a midnight strike deadline.
They cover 1,800 production and skilled trades workers, represented by CAW Local 112, and 450 office, technical and professional workers, represented by CAW Local 673, at Bombardier's De Havilland facility near Downsview Airport.
No details of the agreements have been released pending a ratification vote Sunday afternoon.
