Kyle P. Aleck was fined $1,000, ordered to pay a $150 Victim Surcharge and prohibited from driving for one year after he was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while his blood alcohol level exceeded .08.
Aleck was also fined $500 and ordered to pay a $75 Victim Surcharge for committing a Liquor Control Act offence.

Marvin L. Frank was sentenced to 44 days in jail, placed on probation for 12 months with conditions and ordered to provide a DNA sample after he was convicted of committing an assault and committing an assault with a weapon.

Wilfred H. Dick was fined $150 after being convicted of failing to comply with an undertaking.

Doug Mitchell was found guilty on one count of committing an assault and two counts of failing to comply with the conditions of an undertaking. Before imposing sentence, Judge Herman Rohrmoser ordered that a pre-sentence report be completed for Mitchell. His case was adjourned until Sept. 11.
