Story:

JUNE 30

Domestic Assault

Lillooet RCMP responded to a call of a domestic dispute in progress. Upon arrival, an upset female was located and tended to by BC Ambulance. A male was arrested for assault and lodged in cells for a Justice of the Peace hearing. The female was not seriously hurt and did not require a hospital examination.

JULY 4

Suicidal female taken to Kamloops

 

Lillooet RCMP and Tribal Police responded to the Lillooet Hospital for a female who had cuts to her arm. The female was taken home but police were called a short time later to come back as the female was reportedly suicidal. The female had left that location but was soon found at another. BC Ambulance attended and the female was taken to Kamloops for psychiatric observation.
