Mammography Unit visits this week

It’s that time again!

The Screening Mammography Unit will be in Lillooet on July 6, 7 and 9 at the Interior Health Unit.

All women aged 60 to 79 are advised to have regular mammograms. It’s free and you don’t need a doctor’s referral. Just call toll-free 1-800-663-9203 for an appointment (Do not call local numbers). If this is your first time, have your CareCard ready.

It only takes a few minutes and could save your life! Do not use deodorant, perfume, etc. as this could affect the test.

If you can’t keep your appointment, please call the toll-free number to cancel.
