Who would’ve known?
Dear Editor,
How was it that the roads were wet from raining most of the day on Friday, Jan. 15, the temperature dropped to freezing in the evening, and the director of public works didn't have a clue the roads were icy until someone called him to get the sanding trucks out.
What was his salary total again?
